MarEsencia shows a series of works that have in common the love for the sea going to its essence. Color, movement and simplicity is the key in each of them. The sea connects us with a multitude of sensations, fills us with beauty and invites us to live in the present moment, leaving the mind aside, generating an almost hypnotic state of relaxation. These works inspired by the sea have that purpose to take you to the essence, to that simplicity that feels so good.

"The sea for me is pure life, both personally and as an artist, it has a great influence on my being. Being able to live near the sea and contemplate it bathing Cádiz coasts is a dream come true. Living here I have been aware of the importance of ​these beautiful waters in its people, and in all the people ​who come to visit them, from the fishermen who sail them every day, to the bathers or athletes who enjoy ​everything it offers.​​ The simple fact of walking by the sea shore relaxes us, transports us and reconnects us with our own nature. Sea water is the essence of life, and being able to express it through painting is priceless for me. It is my way of communicating love and passion for it at the same time as expressing my gratitude. Color, shape and movement are key in these artworks.

There are sensations that ​are ready to be awakened by the essence of the sea ​and this exhibition offers an opportunity to do so. ​There is no need of mind, only of heart."​​​
